Charity Pering is a dedicated and detail-oriented REALTOR® committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest financial and personal decisions of their lives. Having personally experienced both buying and selling a home, Charity understands firsthand how critical a knowledgeable, responsive, and trustworthy real estate agent can be.
She was inspired to pursue a career in real estate to educate, support, and celebrate with clients throughout every step of the home buying and selling process.
Charity delivers a client first, education-based approach designed to reduce stress and create confident decisions. She prides herself on being highly organized and her ability to remain a steady guide throughout the home buying and selling process.
Her goal is to ensure every client feels informed, empowered, and supported from start to closing.
Charity brings a uniquely diverse background that strengthens her real estate expertise:
- B.S. and M.S. in Recreational Therapy
- Experience managing sales operations
- Former claims agent assisting U.S. veterans
- Certified running coach
Her experience working with veterans, managing complex documentation, and supporting individuals through major life transitions gives her clients a significant advantage during negotiations, inspections, and closing processes.
Charity’s dedication extends beyond real estate.
She completed a 100-mile ultramarathon just one year after the birth of her first son. After suffering a shattered knee in 2025, she recovered and went on to set a personal record in the 50K distance, demonstrating the perseverance, discipline, and mental strength she brings to her clients every day.
That same resilience shows up in her real estate practice: when challenges arise, she stays focused on solutions.
Charity enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, Fabien, and their three children, Malachi, Ruth, and Ambrose. She values community connection and looks forward to engaging locally while helping clients find homes that truly fit their lifestyle and long-term goals.
